What is Cadre and why Cadre?
The Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution Excellence ("the Centre" or "the Cadre") is an arbitration dispute resolution service provider. The Centre specializes in providing services relating to peer to peer and small/low value disputes using simplified procedures (the Cadre Rules), a technology platform (https://resolve.atthecadre.com) and arbitrators trained and certified ("the Cadre Certified Arbitrator") in using the simplified procedures as well as the technology platform. The Cadre assists in resolving disputes in a reliable, simplified, timely and low cost manner. The Cadre Rules for resolving dispute are within the frame work of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time.
