Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) gives the disputing parties an opportunity to resolve disputed issues with a neutral third party. It is less expensive and much faster than going to court.

The different modes of ADR practiced in India are arbitration, mediation, conciliation, negotiation, and Lok Adalat.

The CADRE specializes in using arbitration as its prime method for resolving small value, sole arbitrator disputes. Other than being a time and cost effective process, ADR also provides privacy, confidentiality, flexibility and creative ways to resolve disputes.
