The Cadre Case Officer is a representative of the Cadre and manages the procedures relating to an arbitration case under the Cadre Rules. 


Among others things, the Cadre Case Officer checks the details of the parties; approves the registration of a case; assigns a case number; assigns the case to an arbitrator; if required changes an arbitrator etc.  


The Cadre Case Officer keeps the parties to a dispute apprised of progress and if required, can also issue clarifications on the Cadre Rules.
