The fees to be paid to the arbitrator shall be fixed by the Centre and shall be paid in advance. The Claimant pays the full fees of the arbitrator before initiation of the proceedings.
Once defendant(s) joins the arbitration, the arbitrator directs the defendant(s) to reimburse to the Claimant their portion of the fees.
In the event defendant(s) does not join the proceedings or does not deposit the fees, the arbitrator shall be entitled to include the recovery of arbitrator and Cadre fees as a part of the arbitral award.
