As per the CADRE Rules, the final arbitral award must be rendered by the Arbitrator(s) within a period of 15 working days from the date of start of proceedings, excluding time required for any challenge of arbitrators.
The arbitrator may in exceptional circumstances and for reasons to be recorded in writing, extend the period by a further period not exceeding 15 working days.
