Once an arbitral proceeding has commenced, Claimants and Respondents can communicate through (i) replying to emails or WhatsApp messages or sms sent by Cadre, or (ii) directly visiting the technology platform and posting responses or queries or documents. 

Multiple emails and messages can be sent to the arbitrator and the disputing parties. Any documents to be submitted can be attached to the emails.

Communications between the arbitrator and disputing parties can be transparently reviewed at all times on the technology enabled platform. Parties can download and/or upload as they choose.

The Cadre platform accepts all forms of documents (pdf, jpeg, png, word, csv etc.). If you face any difficulty please reach out to your case officer named in the Cadre communications.
