CADRE shortlists its Arbitrators on the following basis :
1. 10 yrs + PQE
2. Attended the Cadre Training for arbitrators on law and the CADRE rules of arbitration
3. Cleared the Cadre Certification Exam with the requisite criteria
CADRE is built on the premise of providing high quality arbitration services to all parties.
CADRE assesses any conflict of interest scenarios before assigning an arbitrator to the dispute. All arbitrators empanelled on CADRE are independent professionals and are not on the rolls of CADRE. Additionally, a dispute type to arbitration experience and skills fitment is considered prior to assignment.
