Elizabeth is a law graduate from the National Law School of India University, batch of 1994.
She has practiced before the City Civil Courts and the High Court of Karnataka and has experience in handling a variety of Civil matters ranging from property, recoveries, motor accidents, family, labour and administrative.
She has experience working with a law firm in Bangalore where she set up the Litigation Department. She represented several Indian and international clients especially technology companies.
She has also worked with corporates like Ford India Limited, Satyam Computers, IBS Software Services, US Technologies and Metro Cash and Carry as and in house counsel. She has managed end to end commercial contracts which included negotiating with clients, helped resolve legal disputes in courts and Arbitration proceedings. She has also conducted training on various legal issues pertinent to corporates and its employees.
Elizabeth has successfully completed the training program and assessment to become a Cadre Certified Arbitrator.
