Gurmeet Bindra a Law Graduate from University of Delhi, enrolled with Delhi Bar Council in the year 1990. She founded the Law Firm, GBA Law offices, in the year 1997 and is presently heading the same as the Managing Partner. She has vast experience in Civil and Commercial laws and has been advising clients for the past more than 20 years on varied laws, including Arbitration, Banking, Insurance, Intellectual Property Rights, Real Estate, Foreign Direct Investments, FEMA and Employment and Industrial Relations. She has closely worked with MNC’s and Corporate houses in strategising their products and commercial agreements in a manner that the same are in compliance with the
Statutory and Regulatory directives. She is an appointed member to various ‘Anti Sexual Harassment Committee' formulated by companies for the welfare of their women employees.
Gurmeet has successfully attended and completed the CADRE certified Arbitrator program.
